There are many variations on pay plans, and while it is an important part of how you will be profiting in your MLM, keep in mind that you can do well with any plan, as long as you have a good product or service to promote, a lot of support from your company and team, and a structured system or program to follow.
The fundamental aspects of good MLM pay plans are that, with a few exceptions, they are easy to understand, and explain, and that you make a good deal of commission, not only when you make a sale or recruit a person into the business, but also when your team does so.
