I've learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path.
Being successful means that you're working hard and walking your walk every day. You can only live your dream by working hard towards it. That's living your dream.
The road to success is always under construction.
We don't need bigger-expensive cars or fancier clothes. We need small-city cars without expenses, self-respect, identity, community, love, variety, beauty, challenge and a purpose in living that is greater than material accumulation.
A great man does not seek applause or place? he seeks for truth, he seeks the road to happiness, and what he ascertains, he gives to others.

Who looks outside, dreams, who looks inside, awakes.

Consider a tree for a moment. As beautiful as trees are to look at, we don't see what goes on underground - as they grow roots. Trees must develop deep roots in order to grow strong and produce their beauty. But we don't see the roots. We just see and enjoy the beauty. In much the same way, what goes on inside of us is like the roots of a tree.
The temptation to take the easy road is always there. It is as easy as staying in bed in the morning and sleeping in. But discipline is paramount to ultimate success and victory for any leader and any team.
It is a rough road that leads to the heights of greatness.
Everything in life is somewhere else, and you get there in a car.
People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness. Just because they're not on your road doesn't mean they've gotten lost.

The traveler is active? The tourist is passive? Enjoy life and be happy!

It's always fun to visit multiple locations on one trip, but I think it also really depends on the ages of those on holiday.
Many times when you're a tourist you can just stay on the surface and not really experience the place you're visiting, which will probably leave you disappointed. Everywhere has something interesting; it's just about being curious enough to find it and scratch where you have to scratch and stay longer and walk further.
The fact that television and tourism have made the whole world accessible has created the illusion that we enjoy intimate knowledge of other places, when we barely scratch their surface.
If you are the kind of person who is waiting for the 'right' thing to happen, you might wait for a long time. It's like waiting for all the traffic lights to be green for five miles before starting the trip.
Our incomes are like our shoes, if too small, they gall and pinch us but if too large, they cause us to stumble and to trip.

The sun shines everywhere, not just at the beach.

You have to think of your life choices the way you look at the ocean, deciding which wave you're gonna take and which waves you're not gonna take. Some of the waves are going to be big, some are gonna be small, sometimes the sea is going to be calm.
